QWhat are credits and how do they work?›
Credits are the currency used for API calls. Each endpoint consumes a different number of credits based on the data returned. Unused credits do not roll over month to month.
QHow does the annual billing discount work?›
When you choose annual billing, you commit to a year of usage and get significant volume-based discounts. The more credits you purchase, the higher the discount — up to 96% off for enterprise volumes (Titanium tier). You can see your exact savings in the pricing calculator above. We can also unlock your full yearly credit pool from day one — for example, 1M credits/month becomes 12M credits available immediately, instead of metering month by month.
QCan I change my plan later?›
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
QDo unused credits roll over?›
No. Unused credits do not roll over from one month to the next. On annual billing, we can make the full yearly pool available upfront instead — for example, a 1M credits/month plan can be unlocked as 12M credits for the year, so you can use them whenever you need.
QWhat's included in the support levels?›
Email support is included in all plans. Priority support (faster response times) is available on Growth plans. Dedicated support with a named account manager is available on Enterprise plans.
QWhat is the difference between data collection and intent signals?›
Data collection refers to gathering profile and company information. Intent signals detect buying behavior and interest patterns that indicate a prospect is actively researching solutions.
