What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are the currency used to access our API endpoints. Each API call consumes a certain number of credits depending on the complexity and data returned. The credit cost is clearly displayed for each endpoint.

How does the annual billing discount work?

When you choose annual billing, you commit to a year of usage and get significant volume-based discounts. The more credits you purchase, the higher the discount - up to 60% off for enterprise volumes (Titanium tier). You can see your exact savings in the pricing calculator above.

Question 3

What if I exceed my usage limit?

Accepted Answer

If you exceed your monthly credit allocation, you can either upgrade to a higher tier for better rates or purchase additional credits at your current tier rate. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you can plan accordingly. There are no overage penalties.

What's included in the support levels?

Accepted Answer

All plans include documentation and email support. Silver tier and above get faster response times. Gold tier gets priority support with dedicated Slack channels. Platinum and above receive white-glove support including quarterly business reviews, custom integrations assistance, and dedicated account management.

How is my data protected and managed?

We're SOC 2 Type II certified and fully GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell your data and you maintain full ownership of any data you collect through our platform. Data is processed in secure EU and US data centers.

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll immediately get access to better rates. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

How are daily requests handled?

Accepted Answer

We apply rate limiting per second, up to 40 requests/second on our highest plans. You’re free to use your credits whenever you need—there’s no daily throttling.

Our infrastructure auto-scales to handle high-volume traffic reliably. For very large batch operations, we recommend spreading requests over time to ensure optimal throughput and stability.

Can we get a discounted pilot or custom rates at higher volume?

The calculator shows standard list prices by credit band. Many teams start with a structured pilot or an annual commit, and we can align packaging and rates to your volume—including if you are evaluating around 100k–150k credits per month or targeting a lower effective €/1k at scale.
