- Feb 18Jaishree Shivanandham – Anthropic's announcements have dominated the conversation, and someone who has an eye for everyday stocks reached out saying, "You IT folks are in serious trouble". I felt the urge to reply sharply, but I paused. Explaining quantum #SaaS theory on WhatsApp rarely end well. Is this a SaaS apocalypse? May be yes. May be not. Let the market researches debate that. Let's turn off the panic button and hold our horses for a moment. Yes, we are racing against the speed of AI evolution. But didn't we all see this coming? In my view, startups and growth-oriented organizations chase speed and flexibility. They adopt multiple AI agents to experiment and iterate freely. Large enterprises, financial institutions and regulated organizations operate differently. They prioritize stability, governance, auditability, and security. Controlled AI adoption such as native AI agents in Oracle is intentional. These organizations will coexist with rapid AI evolution. It struck me as exceptionally timely, its relevance resonates for anyone navigating these fast changing times. "You are already successful at something. It's just so easy to you, you don't think it as a success. There is something that comes so effortlessly to you, because it's easy and natural for you, you don't think it's a skill.
