- Jun 11Sam Levan – RB2B and Adam Robinson have gotten much attention after a very public beef with 6Sense 🍿 🕶️. But, setting the drama aside, is RB2B something worth looking at? Our team at MadKudu has conducted an evaluation. In the spirit of working in the open, I share in this post our internal write-up (note: the RB2B team was not involved in this evaluation ). Here's what the brief covers: - What RB2B does exactly - How it differs from Clearbit Reveal, 6Sense, and others - The coverage and accuracy we observed at MadKudu - An analysis of 113 G2 reviews - The pipeline calculator we used to estimate RB2B's revenue impact What do you think? Have you used RB2B yourself? (are you afraid to share this publicly? :) PS: if interested, we’ve also documented the outreach we do at MadKudu based on the RB2B signals. If you want a copy, DM me or say, "Show me your stuff" in the comment and I’ll DM you that!131

- Mar 17Teddy Fischer – At LaunchNotes, we’ve been using RB2B to identify anonymous traffic, but honestly… I have no idea what’s going on. I set up some basic automated outreach, expecting at least something—but the results weren’t just underwhelming, they were non-existent. So now I’m wondering: Did I set it up incorrectly? Is RB2B just not effective? Or is there some missing piece I’m not seeing? Has anyone had success with RB2B? If so, what’s working for you?12
- Feb 17Gerardo Teijeira 🔁 – One of your favorite GTM tools has the worst support I've ever experienced. Another one just showed me what AI support should look like. I spent a big part of my weekend going back and forth with support teams. Some bugs that needed fixing. So I went into troubleshooting mode. Most tools use AI as the first support layer now. I'm ok with that. If a bot can solve my issue, why bother a human? But here's what happened with one of your favorite sequencers: I needed to understand how their API shows campaign analytics, because it's always different from what's shown in the dashboard. The AI bot was useless. Then 4 humans got involved. They all told me the same thing the bot told me, no matter how many times I explained that didn't apply to my issue. One AI bot, 4 humans, two engineering escalations later - still no resolution. Nothing they suggested was anything I (or Claude) hadn't already tried. Then I had an issue with RB2B. The script was properly installed and firing, but it wasn't collecting any visitor data. This client used to burn through 1000+ RB2B credits in a couple of days, but had only used 2 in February. Something was clearly wrong. Their AI support agent handled it. And it was a great experience. A few things they nailed: 1/ The bot had full context on our product usage and who had made changes to the configuration. 2/ The bot didn't propose the same thing over and over again. 3/ The bot ruled out potential issues one by one until it asked me to do something very specific - and helped me find the problem. Night and day. Kudos Adam Robinson - this was very cool! And before you ask, no this is not an sponsored post. We are not RB2B partners. But props where props are due.16
