- Mar 14Sam Levan – I feel so excited to finally be able to talk about it. 12 months ago, I had a nice coffee in Salt Lake City with Nick Rico, SVP Growth and more at Lucid Software. He shared a great question: How do we make it easier for sellers to act on all the intelligence we have about our buyers? We've talked to hundreds of customers since then. Everybody shared a similar view: 1️⃣ The response rate of cold outbound is trending toward zero. 2️⃣ The only outreach that works is signal-based, with 1st party signal being the most important signal. 3️⃣ But more data does not mean more pipeline. It's way too complicated and time-consuming for sellers to act on all the data they have access to. In the past few months, we've worked head-down with our customers to package the successes we saw in one place and another. Iterating with users week after week, we've built a super innovative "MadKudu Copilot" that makes it easy for everyone to replicate that success.
