- Feb 19Gaurav Bhattacharya – There are moments in a founder’s journey that make you pause. This is one of them. When we started Jeeva, we were not thinking about awards. We were thinking about a problem. Sales teams overwhelmed. Revenue leaders lacking clarity. AI that sounded impressive but didn’t actually help. We chose the harder path. Build something useful. Make it practical. Stay close to customers. Listen more than we speak. Being recognized in the G2 2026 Best Software Awards is meaningful because it validates that approach. It tells me we’re building something that people rely on. Something that creates leverage. Something that earns trust. I feel deep gratitude today. To our customers who gave us a shot before we had logos. To our team who kept building when things were uncertain. To the early believers who saw the vision before the results. Startups are fragile in the early days. Progress is rarely linear. Belief carries you through. We have earned this moment. Now we raise the bar. The next chapter will be even bigger. 🚀124

- Feb 17Jeeva AI – Sales automation is entering its second era. The first era was about workflows. Email sequences. CRM triggers. Task reminders. Helpful. But rule-based. The next era is intelligence-driven. Over the next 3–5 years, AI won’t just automate tasks. It will automate decisions. Who to prioritize. When to reach out. What to say. When to escalate. When to walk away. Signal aggregation will replace static lead lists. Behavioral intent. Firmographic fit. Engagement velocity. Deal progression patterns. All scored in real time. Outbound won’t be sequence-based. It will be adaptive. Messaging will evolve based on live feedback loops. Routing will adjust dynamically. Forecasting will be probability-driven, not opinion-driven. Sales teams will shrink in admin work. And grow in precision. The companies that win won’t have more reps. They’ll have better systems. Systems that learn from every interaction. Every reply. Every closed-won. Every closed-lost. At Jeeva, we’re building for that future. Not assistive AI. Not surface-level automation. But a revenue engine that compounds intelligence over time. Clean signals. Adaptive workflows. Closed-loop learning. Real-time prioritization. The next decade of sales won’t be powered by activity. It will be powered by accuracy. And Jeeva is built to lead that shift.101
- Feb 19Joe Braidwood – This conversation got more personal than I expected. The hardest professional decision I’ve made wasn’t scaling SwiftKey or navigating the acquisition. It was walking away from something I believed in deeply — because believing in it wasn’t enough to make it safe. LLMs are probabilistic. That’s what makes them powerful, and it’s what makes them dangerous when the person on the other end is in crisis at 3am. I couldn’t prove Yara wouldn’t fail someone at the worst possible moment. So I stopped. What I didn’t expect was where that decision would lead. Shutting down Yara forced me to confront a bigger question: if we can’t guarantee how AI behaves, how do we build the infrastructure to verify that it did what it was supposed to? That question is now my life’s work. Thanks to Johan Grönstedt and ThinkRoom for creating the space to talk about the parts of leadership that don’t usually make the highlight reel.23
- Feb 21Dilhara Jayawardhana – Is anyone actually alive out there? 💀🌐 The Dead Internet Theory isn't just a creepypasta anymore. with the explosion of LLMs and automated content, it’s becoming a legitimate question for the modern era. Check out my full breakdown of Case File: 2016 – Present. #DeadInternet #InternetCulture #AI #Web35
