Her math was flawless. Her ethics? Nonexistent. What and who saved us? Human and Sonny. Sony - The robot with emotion AI Here's what keeps me up at night: We're doing it again. 💻 The AI industry is obsessed with mathematical reasoning while Systematically ignoring emotional intelligence. 🟣 Better benchmarks. 🟣 Faster code generation. 🟣 More efficient optimization. But optimization for what? Toward what values? With what guardrails? Almost no one is asking. 🟡 Because it's harder to measure. 🟡 Harder to fund. 🟡 Harder to pitch. That may sound technical, but it is far more than that. It provides early visibility into how legal obligations are being translated into auditable, testable requirements. For organizations building or refining an AI Management System (#AIMS) under #ISO42001, and for those preparing for high risk obligations that will be shaped by draft #prEN18286 under the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act, this is not background noise. I find it pretty helpful to be up front with this, as we're not going to help you be better at blocking. But if you have opened up AI use (or thinking about doing so) and need the guardrails, let's talk. From our experience, this doesn't happen overnight. Instead, it's about starting with better visibility and intent-based insights (Will Jones calls this "moving from SD to 4k"), and then slowly rolling out targeted, fine-grained controls.45

- Feb 8Keisha J. Williams – The Shadow AI Trap: When leadership makes AI "unmentionable," they don't stop the usage; they stop the visibility. This leads to uncoached habits and sensitive data exposure. If people can’t talk about AI, you lose the fastest path to shared standards. On these platforms, we are framing the "AI Ban" not as a cultural choice, but as a governance failure. The Data Receipt: According to Harmonic Security’s 2025 analysis of over 22 million prompts, there were 579,113 detected sensitive-data exposures. This turns the "PR debate" into a quantifiable liability. The Stakeholder Reality: We are speaking directly to CX leaders, Marketing heads, and HR departments who use AI for margin and speed but are currently "speed-running risk" by operating without a documented audit trail.2
