- Feb 5Andy Toizer – I don’t buy the “one tool to rule them all” idea. I’d rather use multiple tools that each do one thing well than force a single platform to do everything… just okay. Here’s what actually runs our tech stack: Freckle.io - CRM enrichment, lead scoring, product session tracking, personal email enrichment, Slack alerts for high-intent accounts and overall data orchestration Fathom.ai - a meeting recorder is the #1 thing I tell everyone to download. I send the transcripts to Notion and use Claude or ChatGPT to write better follow-ups. HubSpot - our single source of truth. Works cleanly with Freckle (for free). Instantly.ai - outbound email + sentiment filtering so we’re not replying to OOO messages. HeyReach.io - outbound engine for LinkedIn. HeyReach keeps you from violating LinkedIn limits (it’s my best performing channel). Zapier - for filling in the gaps like moving Intercom conversations into HubSpot. Notion - my second brain. Houses all my transcripts, notes, everything. Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini - I use all three. I ask them all and then combine their takes. Some people flex minimal stacks. - Feb 16Alec Moran – Had to give Ned Dwyer his own shoutout post for sending the Freckle.io pickleball set my way (he sent a note with it… was that a hint towards the offsite location? 👀) Definitely one of the coolest marketing campaigns I’ve seen on here, but then again I am the direct ICP (sales person who uses GTM tools that loves pickleball).
