- Feb 14Lindsey Hollingsworth, CMP – Closed out my final day at Demandbase yesterday — and I’m feeling all the feels. There were leadership off-sites, Presidents Club celebrations, CX Summer Camp, GO in London and New York, Revenue Kick Offs overlapping my birthday x2… but what I’ll remember most are the people behind those moments. In a remote company, bringing everyone together matters. Watching teammates connect, meeting spouses and friends, feeling the energy in the room after months apart — that never got old. The logistics, the travel, the long days — all worth it because of the humans I got to do it with. To the many teammates who trusted me, partnered with me, and made the hard work fun — thank you. I will truly miss you. New chapter begins next week. More on that soon. ✨206

I was honored to be recognized as Enterprise Account Executive of the Year and earn a spot at President's Club. 🌴 Additionally, I had the pleasure of participating in two panels... the Women in Revenue Breakfast panel as well as the Top Performers Fireside Chat. - Feb 20Heath Smythe – I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed my job this much. Something is shifting. We’re at an inflection point and I get to double down on what I’ve always embraced: being a CSM at Demandbase. Partnering deeply. Thinking strategically. Helping customers win. But now it’s layered with something new. AI is moving fast. Really fast. And instead of watching from the sidelines, I dove in headfirst. I’m spending hours inside Claude Cowork reimagining and automating my workflows. Sitting with developers to pressure test the tech we’re building. Breaking it. Stress testing it. Learning it inside and out. Then bringing that energy straight into customer calls. The conversations are sharper. More creative. More strategic. More fun. This is what happens when: - You love what you do - You work in a culture that rewards curiosity - You’re building in an AI-native environment And we’re just getting started. In a few weeks we'll be putting next generation technology directly into our customers’ hands through new beta programs. And that’s the part that gives me chills. Because this isn’t just about shipping features. It’s about redefining how we work. How we serve. How we create value. The next chapter isn’t coming. It’s already here. And I’ve never been more excited to be in the arena.40
