- Feb 14Damian K. – ONE IS REQUIRED TO REPEAT TO OWN FALSE SELF REGULARLY. OHHHH... MY POOR LITTLE I HOW FRAGILE YOU ARE IN THIS WORLD TO WHICH YOU HAVE PULLED MYSELF WITH THE DECEPTIVE FORCE OF GRAVITY. For the in-depth reflection, I would like to invite "you" to visit the "I" mind influencing activity of my own called EXPEDITION CONSCIOUSNESS where one can explore the mind field of consciousness and see self-insights and the structured map of human consciousness, the 5 sensual visualisation of mentality related to this poll and all future ones. Or a private profile on which my persona actively attempts to unite the collective consciousness in one goal To attain only one desire to know the true All self.0
- Feb 14Vilislava Dimbareva – Do we grow by accepting things as they are, or by daring to ask "why?" This article connects the wisdom of Socrates to the rigor of modern science to demonstrate why challenging ideas, not people, is the critical skill we need to evolve together. #Leadership #CriticalThinking #PsychologicalSafety #Innovation #CommunicationSkills195
- Feb 18Alice Elizabeth Barber – After a pretty epic 7.5 years this week marks the end of my time at Cognism! From joining as a CSM all the way to finishing my time here managing the Strategic team, to say there are too many people to thank and mention would be an understatement. I will however say to Evan Nelson, Nat Ferrante and Megan Brickley your guidance and leadership has truly shaped my career, and I will always be eternally grateful for giving me the opportunities that you did. To my wider CS team and particularly those who helped me find my feet in my first management role thank you for your never ending patience and support. Cognism it’s been a blast 💥 More news to come very soon about what’s next!203
- Feb 19James O'Neill, LCPC – The word psychology literally means the study of the soul. We forgot that. I wrote about what it might look like to remember. This essay is for anyone who has done the therapy, read the books, built the career, and still feels like something essential is missing.2
- Feb 17Nancy Nance Chaplin – Let’s talk about something powerful today. Every single moment of your life, you are making three decisions: 1️⃣ What are you going to focus on? 2️⃣ What meaning are you giving it? 3️⃣ What are you going to do next? Most people believe they’re simply experiencing life as it is. But the truth is — you don’t experience life. You experience the life you focus on. If you focus on what happened yesterday, you relive it. If you focus on what could go wrong, your nervous system prepares for battle. If you focus on what’s missing, your brain starts proving to you that it always will be. Your mind is constantly filtering reality through three patterns: Delete — you leave things out. Distort — you twist meaning to fit old stories. Generalize — you decide, “This always happens,” or “This never works.” These aren’t flaws. They’re filters. But when you don’t choose them consciously… they choose for you. And that’s often how we begin settling in life — not because we lack potential, but because our focus keeps reinforcing old narratives. So what if today, you chose differently? What if you focused on what strengthens you? What if you interpreted events through growth instead of fear? What if you acted like the person you’re becoming — not the person you’ve been? You don’t need to control everything. You only need to direct your focus. And when you do that — you interrupt survival mode. You reclaim your power. You step back into intentional living. So today, pause and ask yourself: What am I focusing on? What meaning am I giving this moment? What will I choose next? Because that choice — right there — changes everything. 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up? Check out StreamYard and get $10 discount! 😍 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up?
